Platters created using produce within 100 miles of home and matched to regional wines will be prepared and presented by TAFE students from Orange, Mudgee, Cowra, Dubbo, Bathurst and Lithgow. This is the finale TAFE Western’s involvement in Sydney International Food Festival (see related 100 Mile events under Regional).
